Hands-on experience setting both single section and double section HUD-code manufactured homes. This means you know how to properly block, level, anchor, and prepare a home to code without being walked through it.
Professionalism on site. Our buyers have waited months for their home. The set day is one of the most significant days of their experience with us. The crew on that job represents Owl Homes of Fredonia, and we hold that standard seriously.
Reliability and communication. We run a turnkey build operation. Site work, foundation prep, utility connections, and delivery are all coordinated under one roof. The set crew is a critical piece of that schedule. We need a crew that shows up, communicates, and meets timelines.
